T hrough five years of switching jobs, cities, and accomplishing career goals without sacrificing health and fitness, I've become an expert at starting from scratch. Inevitably, when fitness is not a revenue-generating activity, it takes a back seat. Days or even weeks are minor. However, more times than I can count, I've gone months without seeing a gym. Eventually I decided to create this site to share what I've learned and my methodology for ramping your daily routine up quickly and minimize your time to living fit. All while maximizing time for the other things in life. I have no formal education, but sometimes people ask for advice; so here it is.
